Laurence aka Zion Linguist started his career in the Psy Trance scene at the early age of 15 playing alongside some of South Africa's top acts. Now at 22 he is part owner of one of South Africa’s Freshest labels, MMD Records (Mind Manipulation Device Rec.). He hopes, through his label, to release cutting edge psytrance written for the twilight hours of any party, and through his own music, rock the body and bend the mind!

His second album entitled "Plugged In" has just hit the word in a big way, with massive dancefloor response and massive reviews. Zion Linguist has also had single releases on MMD Records, Afrogalactic Records, Vision Records, One Foot Groove Records, Noize Conspiracy Records, Orb Records, Sonic Motion Records and has more upcoming releases with Vision, MMD and Secretpsyde Records soon!

In 2010 he hooked up with BMSS Records who featured him already on their first release and will continue doing this on the upcoming releases...watch out!
