Blau started to listen to electronic music around 1993, being amazed and trapped by the energy and magic of this genre. By that time, he was already studying music theory and playing classic guitar, very in tune with instrumental albums from artists like Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, and Hans Zimmer. However it was not until 1996 when he went to his first party, getting shocked by the incredible power of transformation of it... Around year 2001 I started to be influenced by the Detroit techno scene, playing and buying my first vinyl records. It was a deep process of learning mainly influenced by the power of deep frequencies, fat basses, and big artists like Plastikman.

Around 2002, he started to work with Satisfaxion and Another Dimension in different parties and festivals around Andalucía, getting in touch with different artists and the backstage scene. By that time, he already felt really attracted by the energy of all this world, but the strong connection with the music really kept him working as a Dj..

After finishing his English studies at the University in 2004 he moved to Scotland, where he learned a lot about freedom, club culture, and respect. On that period he got Finalscratch in a small vinyl shop in Glasgow, and a new door oppened in his heart... This feeling of freedom together with a deep experience in the Highlands, gave him the strength to connect with a cosmic energy of unknown power source... Transition... representing the state of no-mind in the middle of nowhere, between Sky, Earth, and Mind. When he came back from Scotland, to organize parties transmitting this energy was his mission in this life.

In 2006 he went to the North of Germany looking for new adventures, and he discovered the open air Goa festivals and the cozy atmosphere of these international gatherings. The trance dance experience transformed his way of perception so much, that he found new ways of inspiration. The infinite power of this incredible music opened a new window in his conciousness, which recycled old concepts, enhanced the connection Dj-Dancefloor, and improved the concept of Transition parties to its true essence... Goa...

It took two more years to trascend to the ancient mystic ritual coming from a revolutionary movement of conciousness, driven by the trance dance experience and created in Goa in the 90s. This fact made Hell Blau to get on board BMSS tribe, giving him the possibility to play in important Goa festivals and clubs around Slovakia, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.

Regarding his music philosophy, he has always felt the mission of creating the perfect flow, making you dance, enjoy, and meeting your true essence. His sound frequencies are based depending on the moment of playing and the atmosphere he is dealing with, breaking if necessary, all relations and current of your thoughts. If you are sensitive to feel the magic of "Here and Now", new doors will be open in your consciousness making you feel... in Transition...

Then, his music style is not limited to one concrete genre, providing different codes of electronic music depending on the moment, place, atmosphere, and audience.

On one hand you will find Hell Blau, who perfectly fits in Psychedelic and Goa Parties, mixing in a powerful way the strength of Techno with the feeling of Trance within a progressive flow. Under this name he usually focuses on Progressive Trance, Progressive Minimal, or Full On, depending on the moment of playing.
On the other hand you will find Jesús Blau, the result of minimalism in all its forms, creating deep and mental trips through low frequencies and minimal rhythms. This concept is completely ideal for alternative floors, nightclubs, or chill floors, providing a complete holistic sound experience. Nowadays, he is working with Freesoul (BMSS) in new interesting projects concerning Conciousness Workshops.

His sessions usually take around two hours and become a complete trip throughout the boundaries of your consciousness. He is obsessed with improving the DJ concept and the art of mixing, getting into this world with the new Traktor Scratch Pro, Xone 92 mixer and a pair of Midi controllers, all combined with some own samplers and effects coming from Ableton Live.
