Dušan Dubovec a.k.a Flame was born in 1987. He lives in a beautiful mountain town in the middle of Slovakia (Central Europe) called Banska Bystrica. He started to learn how to play classical guitar at his local Elementary School of Arts at seven years of age. Later on he progressed in learning the craft of the "musical instrument making" at a specialised secondary school and is now preparing to study Film Sound at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He is due to enrol in September 2009.

Flame first experienced Psy Trance at the biggest psy-fest in Slovakia - Hill Top, in 2004. This experience influenced his perception of the world and his life-style. Two years later he felt the desire to contribute to the scene and started Djing. This brought him to many places within both - Slovakia and Czech Republic.

In 2007, Flame acquainted himself with synths and technologies and produced his first Psy Trance music. His style can be described as atmospheric, melodic night psytrance with a strong beat and bassline; activating every nerve in the body and mind. Inspiration comes from all around him, every sound, every sight, simply every moment in life. Currently Flame is working on his own story, which will be told through his upcoming Live Act…
